Lawyer couple trades Sunset Park 4BD

Medium cc5929e49e32e536e0eb0459d8a2e943 William Conroy and his wife, Stacy, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4623 W. Sunset Blvd. in Sunset Park to Paul Andrew Gustafson Jr. and Ivy McPherson Gustafson for $485,000 on Sept. 28.

The Conroys paid $535,000 for the property in March 2008. The 3,210-square-foot home was built in 1947.

Mr. Conroy is an associate at the St. Petersburg office of the law firm Englander Fischer. The areas of his practice include commercial real estate, business and banking law and commercial transactions.

He previously was an associate in the real estate and finance group at Carlton Fields, P.A.

He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a certificate in business and public policy from the Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Conroy is of counsel at the law firm Greg W. Dworzanowski, P.A. in Tampa.

She previously served as an associate at Holland & Knight LLP.

She has a B.A. in political science and international studies from Yale University and a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 70 home sales in Sunset Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $442,000.
