Tampa Bay Rays founder lists 8BD home for $11M

Medium 0181e4952335a96e1329a6683e90ca23 Vincent and Lenda Naimoli have listed for sale an eight-bedroom, 9.5-bath home at 16616 Villalenda De Avila in Lake Magdalene for $11 million.

Michael Green of Keller Williams South Tampa is the agent for the property listing. The 15,547-square-foot house was built in 1995. It is located in Avila subdivision.

Mr. Naimoli is the founding owner of the American League baseball franchise in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Tampa Bay Rays.

In 1996, he was recognized as the individual who has done the most to unite the citizens of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. He also received recognitions Urban League, the Jewish National Fund, the Tampa Sports Club, Boys and Girls Clubs and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
