A bubbling fountain welcomes upon entering the meticulously maintained grounds of Arbor Greene, which has been described by some as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New Tampa.

“The grounds look like a suburban oasis,” said Bob Farrell, Arbor Greene CDD manager. Nestled between Hunter’s Green and Cory Lake Isles, Farrell described Arbor Greene as “close enough, and yet just away from the maddening crowds.”

The 608 acres of manicured grounds include 11 parks, 23 lakes, 12 ponds and 105 acres of established conservation areas in 37 locations throughout the community. All of this adds up to lush, green landscapes and a serene environment.

Although consistently described as quiet and tranquil, the amenities offered by the community are enough to keep Arbor Greene residents actively engaged.

“The community clubhouse offers a gathering room, fitness center, a resort-style pool and a junior Olympic pool,” said Russell Perlowski of People’s Choice Realty, who lists Arbor Greene as one of his favorite communities in all of Tampa.

The gathering room in the 7,000-square-foot clubhouse is fully equipped with a kitchen and bar available for neighborhood use. The grounds also offer eight basketball courts, eight tennis courts and 10 playground structures.

Arbor Greene is a gated and guarded community, which provides excellent security and peace of mind for residents. The front gate is controlled access, which restricts who is able to enter the community.

There are also six villages that are individually gated, providing “double gating” security for homeowners.

Farrell describes Arbor Greene as having an “excellent community feel,” which is just one of its many charming qualities.
