The 1,300-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $183,000 in July 2002. It is located in the Starboard Tower Clipper Cove condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 4,361 home sales in Clearwater during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $96,900.
