Jewelry designer deals St. Petersburg 4BD

Medium 2d1220242677b197ef93051db269a678 Mary Tanana and Jeffrey W. Taraschi sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 555 16th Ave. N.E. in St. Petersburg to Juana M. Rojas for $600,000 on Nov. 5.

Taraschi paid $510,000 for the property in Aug. 2000. The 4,285-square-foot home was built in 1924.
Tanana is the owner of MJT designs.

She previously worked as a jewelry designer for IJC, LeVian and Town and Country Fine Jewelry Group. She attended Syracuse University.

Taraschi is the president of IGL Interactive Group Limited and Eurobrands in St. Petersburg.

He previously served as executive vice president of merchandising, planning, and programming for the Home Shopping Network. Prior to that, he worked for LJ International in Hong Kong. Before LJ International, he founded International Business Partners, a branding and product consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he served as senior vice president of jewelry at QVC.

He holds a degree in economics from Rutgers University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,409 home sales in St. Petersburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $65,000.
