Candiss A. Rinker and Michael W. Hackerson bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 1940 Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores from Stephen Breslow and Kathryn VanSpanckeren for $1.07 million on Oct. 31.

The 3,957-square-foot Unit #301 is part of Sea Star condominium development, which was built in 2004. Breslow and VanSpanckeren paid $900,000 for the property in April 2004.

Rinker is a partner at Corporate Reflections, LLC.

She previously worked as an accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

She holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and an M.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 condo sales in Indian Shores during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,750.
